Dkt. Killimbe ana Shahada ya Uzamili ya Sayansi ( Master of Science) na shahada ya Uzamivu (Ph.D) katika mawasiliano ya simu kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Mawasiliano na Usafiri; Dresden, Ujerumani. Alishika nyadhifa kadhaa za uandamizi katika uendeshaji kwenye Kampuni ya Simu Tanzania (TTCL) kati ya 1994 na 2003. Hizi ni pamoja na kuwa Mkurugenzi wa Uhusiano wa Kimataifa, Mkurugenzi wa Ujenzi wa Miundombinu na Naibu Mkurugenzi Mwendeshaji anayeshughulikia huduma za kibiashara. Amefanya kazi kama Gavana wa Bodi ya Wakurugenzi ya Shirika la Kimataifa la INTELSAT akiwakilisha kanda namba 1 Afrika na pia kama Mkurugenzi na Mwenyekiti wa Bodi ya Wakurugenzi ya Shirika la Mawasiliano ya Satelaiti la kikanda la Afrika (RASCOM). Dkt. Killimbe alikuwa Mkurugenzi Mkuu na Afisa Mtendaji Mkuu wa RASCOM kwa miaka 10 kuanzia 2004.
Bi. Vupe Ursula LigateMjumbe wa Bodi
Vupe Ursula Ligate ni wakili wa Mahakama Kuu. Ana shahada ya uzamili katika Masuala ya Jinsia na maendeleo (MA (Gender and Development) kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Sussex, Uingereza na Shahada ya Sheria (LLB) ya Chuo Kikuu cha Dar es Salaam. Ni mtaalamu na mzoefu wa kutatua migogoro kwa njia mbadala, zikiwemo usuluhisi. Amehudhuria mafunzo mafupi ndani na nje ya nchi kama vile Uingereza, Marekani, Ufilipino, Malaysia, Singapore na China. Amekuwa Mkurugenzi wa Huduma za Sheria, Mfuko wa Pensheni wa Watumishi wa Umma kuanzia Agosti mwaka 2018 hadi sasa. Kutokana na wadhifa huo ni mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Maadili na Mwenyekiti wa Bodi ya Uhariri ya Mfuko huo. Vilevile amewahi kuwa Mkurugenzi wa Utetezi wa Kisheria wa Chama cha Wanasheria Wanawake Tanzania (TAWLA).
Mhandisi Dkt. Mzee Suleiman MndewaMjumbe wa Bodi
Dkt. Mndewa ana shahada ya Uzamivu ( Ph.D.) katika uhandisi wa vifaa na mifumo inayotumia mwanga kwa mawasiliano (Optoelectronic Information Engineering kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Sayansi na Tekinolojia cha Huazhong, Wuhan – China; Shahada ya Uzamili ya Tekinolojia ya Habari ( Information Technology) kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Griffiths, Queensland, Australia; Shahada ya Sayansi ( Elektroniki) kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Osmania Hyderabad, India) na Cheti cha juu (Full Technicians Certificate) ya Uhandisi wa Umeme kuoka Chuo cha Ufundi cha Karume, Zanzibar. Hivi sasa ni Mkurugenzi wa Mawasiliano, Wizara ya Miundombinu, Mawasiliano na Usafirishaji, Zanzibar. Amekuwa mjumbe wa timu ya wataalamu wa Mkongo wa taifa wa mawasiliano (NICTBB kuanzia 2004. Nyadhifa nyingine alizoshika ni pamoja na Mkurugenzi wa Tekinolojia ya Habari na Mawasiliano (TEHAMA), Chuo Kikuu cha Dodoma; Mshauri wa masuala ya TEHAMA kwenye Serikali ya Tanzania na mjumbe na msimamizi wa timu ya kitaalamu kuhusu mtandao na miundombinu kwa ajili ya mradi wa serikali mtandao (e-Government), Zanzibar.
Dkt George MulamulaMjumbe wa Bodi
Dr. George Mulamula is currently the CEO and founder of Technovate Advisory Services (TAS) dedicated to bringing about digital innovations and sustainable economic development with Regional Local Government Authorities, through the use of digital tools (both soft and hard).
He was the founder and CEO of Dar Teknohama (ICT) Business Incubator (DTBi) for entrepreneurship & innovation hosted at the Commission for Science & Technology, the largest in East Africa and only tech incubator in the country. He has since retired. While at DTBi he managed a health delivery drone programme of essential medical commodities in the Lake Victoria Region and worked with TCRA to support entrepreneurship in the digital/telecom sector. Previously, he was also the Senior Government Advisor on ICT/Telecommunication entrepreneurship & innovation for an enabling environment and eco-system in Tanzania.
Dr. Mulamula was for over 8 years the first Africa Senior Technical Expert in Intellectual Property (IP) Automation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), based in Geneva, Switzerland and worked with Sub-Sahara African Governments on the utility of ICT in IP innovation. At WIPO, he was responsible for Information Communication Technology and Automation in the Africa Bureau in the field by providing advice & consultancy services, and implementing ICT&A to African Government National Industrial/Intellectual Property Offices. He also was a catalyst in transforming the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) in Nairobi, Kenya to be a Centre of Excellence for the International Telecommunications Union.
Bw. Ndalahwa Habbi GunzeMjumbe wa Bodi
Mr. Ndalahwa Habbi Gunze, born in 1954 in Mwanza, is a broadcast regulator and currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority (TCRA) since July 2021. He also serves as Chairman of the Content Committee. The Content Committee is the TCRA oversight body for all licensed Content Service Providers (CSPs) with regard to compliance with broadcast policies, laws, regulations, guidelines and various codes governing content matters. He has been the Chairman of the National Arts Council (BASATA) since 2018. Mr. Gunze has 26 years of active involvement in regulation of the broadcast media spanning from 1995 when he was appointed CEO of the Tanzania Broadcasting Commission (TBC) to 2015 when he retired from TCRA as Director of Broadcasting Affairs, the position he held from 2003. Mr. Gunze championed the successful fundamental technological change of broadcasting system from analogue to digital broadcasting. The Digital Migration process from 2006 to 2012. In 1984 he graduated from the University of Dar-E-Salaam specializing on Political Science with bias in International Relations.
Mr. Gunze is a seasoned journalist from 1979 when he graduated from the Tanzania School of Journalism and joined Tanzania Information Services (MAELEZO) as Information Assistant. In 1985 he joined the Tanzania Standard Newspapers (TSN) as News Reporter and later promoted to Sub- Editor before being picked by the President Honourable Ali Hassan Mwinyi to work in the Private Office of the Prime Minister and First Vice President Honourable Joseph Sinde Warioba as Press Secretary from 1985 to 1990. TBC & TCC were merged in 2003 largely to regulate the communication sector due to convergence of technologies to form the Tanzania Communication Regulation Authority (TCRA) and Mr. Gunze was picked to lead the Department of Broadcasting Affairs as its Director up until 2015 he retirement.
